I don't see this a bug, but rather the wrong logic.

In the description for Role Specific Tracking it says: If a user has any of the roles checked, that user will be tracked.

This actually makes it quite useless (to be frank).

Since any roles, other than anonymous, always will have the authenticated role as well then tracking will never be excluded for any logged in user.

The only way to make this work as intended is if it done the opposite way and I tick the roles that should be excluded from tracking.

Then I simply tick the Admin, Editor and other staff roles to be excluded and everyone else will be tracked.

The only way to accomplish this now is to allow roles that should not be counted to turn it of in their account, plus then make sure they do.
