Integration with Domain Access?

As a general entrance point, I don't think it makes sense to enable subdomains when you could just use an affiliate URL or $_GET value. However, if the use of a subdomain was to white-label the site so it appeared with the affiliate's branding, that'd be interesting... I had a client need the affiliate logo to appear throughout the checkout process. Not sure this would need to be part of the affiliate module itself, though.
