I am using a custom content type called stories, which includes a image field.
There is a problem with the teaser length when I post a news story including images. The teaser is adding all of the images beneath the text. Let's say the teaser length = 100, and I am posting a news article containing only 50 words, and 4 images, the teaser includes all of the images, which kinda screws my layout on the frontpage, which is cycling through all of the story items.

Is there a way you can exclude some fields in the teaser?

edit your content type
click on the display options tab
look at the fields under "teaser"

adjust as you see fit.

save and test
