Hey everyone,

I'm trying to use Mailchimp to send an e-mail to all users who have purchased a particular product. But on the Campaign creation page in Mailchimp when I try to send to a segment of the list and choose "Product Purchased is," I'm not seeing all of my products.

What is being displayed is only three of my products (and since the names of some of these products have changed, the old names are being shown). Is there some reason why Mailchimp isn't being updated with my current list of products? How is the module supposed to update Mailchimp?

This module doesn't update MC, It sends data to MC when products are purchased. After it sends that data then it doesn't communicate with MC till someone else buys something. It does not keep MC updated with product name changes and such when you make changes on the Drupal end.

Thanks for the clarification. However, given what you said, there's an even bigger problem then: I've sold hundreds of my new products, but none of them are showing up in my "product purchased" list for future campaign segmentation.

I know that Mailchimp is successfully receiving the sales information (because when I send a campaign, I see sales revenue in the Analytics360 section of my reports), but none of these recent sales are being added to the list of sold products.

Any ideas?
