Allow modules to alter node on RSS render

Core RSS code and Views node RSS plugins both allow other modules to alter the fully built node before rendering the rss feed. When using Media RSS some of our RSS content theming was last because this is missing in the Media RSS views plugin.

Would you be able to add this single line to the render function? A patch based on the latest dev branch is attached.
