I've looked around everywhere. The page /admin/build/imagecache/add doesn't exist, there's no imagecache selection under Administer -> Site Building, and the presets option isn't there when I pull up the Administer by Module page. The module is enabled and the imagecache plugin works fine in other sections of my site. I'm also logged in as user 1. What could be wrong?

Okay, problem fixed. I had to enable the ImageCache UI module.
