Create a default Feeds Importer configuration for importing output from Views

Postponed for now, as the View/Display is selected in the Configuration level of FeedsImporter instead of FeedsSource. Thus, no default FeedsImporter configuration can be attached.

wait until #651478: Mapping on import is committed.
