Suggestion of browscap module use should be more evident

Issue Summary

Currently there is a suggests[] = browscap line in statistics_advanced.info file.

As far as Structure of the .info file page tells there is no support for such key in .info files. And I can't find any effect of this line in my tests.

The attached patch removes this ineffective .info key and introduces an info requirement for module Browscap.

I'm filling this issue as a bug report as apparently there is already the intention of suggesting the installation of the Browscap module, it's just not effective. Being so, it seems not to be a feature request.
