So I built a nine step form and ran into the situation where a user would get halfway through and leave the form, come back to edit and not be able to get to the next unsubmitted step right from the menu. Instead the link would send the user back to the main page. The attached patch fixes the link so the user can actually get to the very next "unsubmitted" step from the block menu. The only other alternative i guess would be to make the user redo the last submitted page but that wouldn't make much sense :)
