breitner, thank you for reporting this. Its unfortunate, but I am not working with "organic groups" it would be nice if you could elaborate the bug you found a little further. You should provide information about your setup, installation, expected and actual results. Until then I am postponing this.
I think you may not be understanding the way WebFM displays information. WebFM puts things into different storage trees. A storage tree is defined by the directory associated with a security item. Normally, that security item is something like a role. But with OG support each group becomes a different storage tree. It is basically a "psuedo role".
Another bit of confusion may be that WebFM has two display modes. There is the overall WebFM admin view, which combines all the storage trees into a single one, and then there is the normal user view. The normal user view does not combine the different storage trees into a single view. It treats them like separate tree displays and stacks them on the left. So, in with OG a user may have multiple storage trees to select from.
