All my users can see the recent warning message although errors are written to log error-reporting page. What about warnings like this?

Here is the message clearly not meant for the average Joe.

Your version of HTML Purifier is currently out of date; the most recent version is 4.1.1. You can download the latest version at htmlpurifier.org. To update, place the contents of HTML Purifier's library/ folder in modules/htmlpurifier/library/.

Needless to say I will update post haste.
