I've enabled comment viewing options but I have a problem if the link to the comment (eg which_gallery#comment-23) is not on the first page it doesn't go there it just goes to the first page (and then fails to find the anchor).

Apart from setting comments per page such that they effectively aren't paginated is it possible to fix/workaround this?
