Poll module does not work properly when voting api / fivestar ist enabled

I am using the poll module (from drupal core) to place a poll question on front page. It works fine.

But when voting api and fivestar module is activated (I need it to rate nodes) there is a problem when a guest votes on front page:
The target path of poll form on front page is not frontpage anymore. When a guest votes after voting the guest lands on a apparently random node an voting seems not to work for guests.

This is an error. How can this be solved?
