You can already use Lightbox with FBSMP. In the FBSMP settings just add a class you want to the photo or take note of an existing class by looking at the HTML source of your page, and then go to the Lightbox advanced settings and put that class in the box for classes to which Lightbox will be applied.

I can't seem to get it to work.
I've added,

"photoz" in FBSMP>Photo>Image attributes>Additional classes:

and added

"photoz" in Lightbox2> Automatic image handling >Custom class images>Custom image trigger classes:

For now i'm just using the Fancyzoom module ( http://drupal.org/project/fancyzoom ) to achieve the popup.
