Hi,

I have been developing small modules for Drupal and also really custom stuff like a crew monitoring system for shipping industry. Where do I host my projects, where people can find it. They are all under GPL 2.

As long as everything is GPL 2, you can host it here on drupal.org. See http://drupal.org/cvs-application/requirements for more info.
