At the moment I can't add a project to the timesheet. I get an empty selectbox (see attached). I have a project created in casetracker (if that is important).

I see that the problem code is in timesheet_legacy.inc, so it occurs to me (because of the term "legacy") that this function is being rewritten for integrating with casetracker.

First stop for is getting some indication of what the direction is - do I bug-fix the current code? or if you outline some pseudocode I can do a new timesheet_get_projects function.

Some more clarification. I manually stuck a nid in the timesheet_enabled_nodes table and also checked the "projects" were timesheet enabled.

Hm. I think I need to submit a new instruction set with time sheet. I shall do this promptly.

Ok, found it! What I hadn't done was edit the project node again - found the checkbox.
