I am in need for a quote of cost for the conversion of current code into a drupal module. The current code base is written in php using a custom portal... The current code base is approxamatly 100 files total, some rather short; others a bit longer. Since I have yet to really look into how much time/effort developing under Drupal's API really takes I cannot say how many hours this might actually take.
