It looks like anonymous users cannot submit any forms when the formsingle module is enabled. I've seen the problem on the comment form and using the webform module, but it probably affects all the forms on the site. The user fills out the form, hits submit, but then is returned to the original page without any notice or confirmation.

Thanks for detecting this problem. I believe it had to do with multiple forms on the same page (did you have devel module on?), and have now made it more robust. Please reopen if problem persists.

Cool, you're probably right. I had a webform on the page, then the contact form below it. I'll test some more.
