i have apply the patch an my drupal return this special message :
"The server made a boo boo"
it seem to be an apache problem, error 500
but i dont understand what is it ?

Yes there was error.
the problem was due to the change in the Drupal core in the recent update, something which i missed out.
I have patched it again.
