The subtotal for my products and the shipping subtotal displays, along with the correct total, but when I click on 'place your order' the price in PayPal is just the subtotal. Shipping cost is not included. Is this is a Drupal issue or a PayPal issue?

well.. now I'm using shipcalc with the international.inc http://drupal.org/node/76568
and it works sending the shipping costs to paypal... BUT always the zone 1 charge.

I mean, in the checkout it's correctly charged depending o the zones specified in international.inc settings... but then when you press place your order... in paypal always have zone 1 shipping costs.
