There is some debug code left in Taxonomy nodeapi (just removing them won't help)

Also there is one fail in the vocabulary test:
checking value of nodes at [/var/www/thomas/drupal/modules/simpletest/tests/taxonomy.module.test line 47] FAIL

The term test works fine.

Patch I attached to my last comment here http://drupal.org/node/77732 fixes vocabulary tests. But I still have no clue how to fix taxonomy node api tests

The debug code is afaik removed, it still has some fails but that is matter of the other the other issue.
