there were some changes in the theme functions, but the hook_theme is not exposing all.

Lets just update them.

one pending task is update arguments of hook_theme functions, but there is also some re-factor to do to:

- allow template suggestions. now we have functions as suggestions, but since we are using template, we IMHO it is better to provide a way to do this using templates
