I've created a skeleton to create a book with two child nodes. The child nodes are getting created alright, but the parent node isn't. This is the error message i'm getting

warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, 'book_node_form' was given in /var/www/drupal-6.16/includes/form.inc on line 372.

Any help would be appreciated.

you can't delete the the book content type / this module requires one or that error will be thrown. It always makes the root node a book content type
