Since AP 1.x is EOL, I switched over to pure AP 2.x support. There are some style glitches that need to fixed, yet, and I need to document how people with custom styles move to AP 2.x.

I fixed the worst of the style issues including a bug. Now need to make sure all the styles have the AP images as they should and that everything got committed to CVS.

And still need to document so I don't get tons of support requests on this...
