I am looking for a module that is similar to RSVP in that I can send and manage an invitation for a content type. Unfortunately, neither of these modules do everything that I need. Other requirements:

- need to limit the invitation to just one party (can be a registered user or a new user)
- need to limit their response to just one response (no changes possible afterwards)
- need to add a role based on user's response.
- nice to have, for those users who are members be able to send via private messaging module.

Any ideas would be great. Thanks.
