Contributer Highlighting

Contributer Highlighting will use color codes contributes to each person.
Use Case: I am invited to collaborate upon participation I am prompted to select a color. When viewing the code I can turn on or off contributer highlighting that would highlight all the code based on his/her selected color over the existing syntax colorization.

It would be slick to have the colors and contributors stored with Drupal versioning. I think for GSoC 2010 scope this feature should only have per session persistence and be accomplished via Bespin plug-in.
