Co-maintainer Request

Now that we have clear that this project will collaborate with COD I would like to be a co-maintainer. My motivation is to work with collaborator from Latin America, we are going to held many camps starting this year, and this project will lower the barriers for us. I would like to be involved in the whole process, from designing the solution to coding and testing and also take care on documentation.
