I have been able to get ustream live working no porblem, but I am unable to embed an archived ustream video. In the configuration, I'm at a loss what the difference between UStream.TV and UStream.TV (Live Streams) since I can only get live video to work. Thanks!

Not sure if you're still having this problem, but the issue is moving to Media: Video Flotsam module, where it can be fixed (if it still needs to be fixed and someone wants to take a look).
