I tested out the above browsers - all using Sun Java Standard Edition 6 Update 13 and Update 18 and the images fail to upload.

The only message in watchdog is

So, it seems that the applet is trying to send the data to the wrong URL.

This was actually not related to the browser/jvm but was caused by using Pressflow.

I'm still digging into what might be the problem.

From the research there it appears that this will require some work in imagex to get working.

I don't necessarily expect anyone to do it, just want the status/category to be accurate.
