Currently it always shows 'fullscreen'. This patch toggles it between 'Fullscreen' and 'Exit fullscreen'.

This will get blown away when the fullscreen control gets rewritten, but I don't expect that to happen for another tag or two. The current implementation has some serious faults (one of the big ones being that it is completely non-translatable).
