I've been reading through forums all over the place trying to answer my questions about using Content Profile:

1) I want Content Profile to be part of the registration so that it'll be a one-stop shop OR as soon as users are approved by the admin, they are brought to their page to fill out. I've got it checkboxed so that annoymous should be able to edit content profile with no luck.
2) Is there a way to erase "Username" on the registration form? I have a Full Name block in my content profile and don't wish to use usernames (which is integrated with Realname so that there are never any random usernames on my website for professionals)?
3) I only want users to be able to create *one* content profile. At the moment, Content Profile shows up under their Create Content link. How can I turn this option off w/o removing their ability to create/edit their ONE profile?

This is very important since I need this site to go live VERY soon!
