Remove extra information from CVS checkin

The documentation on writing .info files states that the version string shouldn't be added to the .info files unless the project is hosted off of drupal.org. The project packaging script that makes tarballs automatically adds the proper version string on its own, automatically.

The .project file also doesn't need to be in CVS, so this patch adds a .cvsignore file for excluding that.
