Hi,
I'm trying to show the author and the date of a forum node. Although I enabled this feature in the theme setting, they don't show up. Can anyone give me a hint on how to display them?
The drupal forum is not really that great and feature rich... :-(

hi, I didn't mean the forum
hi,
I didn't mean the forum overview, but the forum node.... the actual post (like this page here)
On this page, the author is displayed right below the title of the post. This doesn't come up on my website.
I'm using a customised theme that a 3rd party has programmed. Unfortunately, they can't help me anymore. :-(
Any ideas?
Thanks!
Kai

Try $submitted
Try using $submitted in the relevant tpl.php file to get an automated output. Else try $name and $created (which will need formatted).
See http://drupal.org/node/11816 for more info.
