page title for every node??

Is there any module for page title for every node???
I got the page_title module,but it is for the content types.But my requirement is page title for each and every nodes..please suggest if any module is there!!!!!!!!!!

Page title should also be available for the nodes in the page_title module. Edit the content type and check the "Show Field" under "Page Title Field: ". You can also define the pattern there.

i dont want pattrens. i want my custom page title.that i can enter for each and every node

Let's say you have a content type = "Article"

If you go to Content Management -> Content Types -> Article and edit it, you will see the option there to "show field". Once this is checked, whenever you create a new article, you will have an extra field where you can set the Page Title for that node.
