filedepot 6.x-1.0-rc4

RC4 addresses a number of issues that were discovered by active members. Thanks very much for their testing, submitted patches and testing. Special thanks to member ldav1s (Leo Davis) but there are also many other active users that have been testing and providing feedback.

Issues addressed in this release include:
Unauthorized access to downloading a file
deleting a folder with 'waiting for approval file records' leaves orphaned node records
more actions dropdown remains enabled when no files checked
Download Links are broken in the search view
Uploading a file changes existing file dates in folder
Search view, folder links and dates are not displayed
On approvals page, there is no folder column or folder links
On approvals page, Date and Submitter columns appears swapped
filesubmission records when approved: ext field not updated
MIMEtype is being saved for all files as application/octet-stream
Should be able to assign tags for files with group or role based folder access
