I'm not sure if this is a bug or if this is working as intended, but the conditions I set up for mp_quote to fire, make it not work, so I can't set the conditions I want. And any attempt to setup an action for it, results in no action ever appearing as a set action after it's been set.

So is this designed to work this way? Is mp_quote designed to not be able to be customized with various conditions? Or any other actions other than a built in fetch quote? Or is this a bug? Because it would be really nice to be able to set conditions on it. In my case I only want mp_quote to fetch a quote when the buyer selects the primary payment method. The secondary payment method should not fetch a quote. But I don't seem to be able to do that.

Did you get this to work? I am having this same issue, when I select fetch shipping quote as the action it says it was applied but I do not see it displayed as though it was set.

I realized that I had an error in my conditions which cause the action not to be performed.
