Release notes

Fix for the Ask a question block that took over the whole site when enabled.
In addition the instructions on the unanswered questions block and page is movet to the top.
The asker is now notified when the question is answered.
The module integrates with Simplenews to store e-mail addresses from anonymous users asking questions.
