Can Burst.net VPS run drupal quickly?

Recently I tried a low cost VPS, and find unable to run drupal quickly. Anyone try burst.net VPS?

Try hotdrupal.com. I am currently hosting 1 site (venusrepublic.com) with them, though my site is in midst of testing stage.

So far so good, I say. Try searching the drupal.org for more reviews. Cheers!
