I noticed you have placed this module under the "Access control" package. This is incorrect usage of the package information.

I disagree with http://drupal.org/node/231036. IMO there should be an exception for 'Access control' just like for 'Development' and 'Performance and scalability'.

Access control modules have a tendency to produce unexpected/undesired results if more than one is used at the same time and the admin doesn't completely understand what he's doing. For that reason it makes a lot of sense to put them into a group of their own, so that it's obvious what is installed.
