*Cleaned up CSS and JS in the slideshow to adjust for positioning of:
- thumbnail indicator
- previous and next buttons
* Added 'image width' and 'image height' to the settings page so that images that are smaller than that width/height will be centered
* Fixed a bug whereby nodes that failed validation but had had images added through AHAH failed when trying to submit, and printed AHAH callback to the screen
