How do you link a category view to another view and not the node?

I've working on a site which lists various products (along with information about the product etc...).

There are various product categories.

I have a series of nodes which summaries each category (a thumbnail image, a category title and a summary).

What I want to do is when the user clicks on one of these categories (click the image or title) they go to another view which lists the products in that category and not the category summary node.

Is there a simple way of doing this?
