Search form - Access denied You are not authorized to access this page.

Hi

I am very new to Drupal and I am setting up a basic website to help me get my head around how to actually use it but I have already noticed something strange and I am not too sure how to solve it...

I have made sure the Search form is in the left sidebar (within Blocks) and I can always see it when I am signed in. However, I can't see it when I am not signed in and when I try to go to www.example.com/search, I get an 'Access Denied' message.

I found some forum post saying that the anonymous and authorised check boxes are ticked but that has not helped either.

Can someone help? Thanks!
