Closed: User Registration, Programed Node Creation and jQuery

Hi,

I need some help! Can you please provide a quote and examples of your work (or referees).

1. I need my user registration page being cleaned up and fixed - it doesn't fit our template and isnt working as we had some previous work done on it and half way though the guy disapeared, it needs fixing.

2. I run an IT repair company, I want to configure a nice looking booking/quote form. I need a single form that will create a user (if not logged in) and create a node programmatically. I also want the form to have an active component (jquery please) - a select box that uses a views that shows the symptoms and the estimated fix. We have various symptoms and repair nodes that show details, ideally I would like to use a 'book now' button on each which will pass the selected symptom/repair over to the form to save reselecting the option again.
