When I click on the clone tab, I get the following error repeated 10 times:

warning: Illegal offset type in D:\web\paportal\modules\tac_lite\tac_lite.module on line 287.

I'm not sure why 10 times. I have 9 different access groups in TAC Lite.

I neglected to mention that it still creates the clone properly.

I previousy encountered a similar problem due to a bug in Tac Lite. Try this patch: http://drupal.org/node/76729 and please post a follow-up there if it works for you.
