Issue Summary
I see that the 6.x version hasn't been updated since a year now. There is a 7.x dev available though that dates a month old.
So I was wondering if there would be a 6.x dev released anytime soon (in order to catch up on latest improvements + bug fixes)? I mean, is it being actively developed or what?
PS: I am setting this to minor and -if you people agree- I request to keep it open till we have a recent 6.x version available (be it a dev or a stable one). If you close it, there is a good chance of duplicates if people come and see no related issue open.

...also, it would be a great idea if the module's front page had some info regarding development status of both 6.x and 7.x versions.

klonos,
Is it possible that you opened this issue while referring to another module (this issue queue is for the Ajax Slideshow).
Ajax Slideshow had two 6.x releases so far: first one is 6 months old and the second one (6.x-2.0) is 4 months old. Development is active and so does the support. As with most OS projects no due date for 6.x-3.0 release but we are working on QA at this point (hint)
No 7.x version yet for this module.
I am closing this issue - if I misunderstood you somehow please reactivate and explain.

The Drupal 6 version is maintained as much as I have time to, feel free to file issues/patches.

Fair enough mark and thanx for taking the time to reply so promptly.
I just thought (given the 6.x branch's usage stats over 7.x) that it might needed/deserved some update. Then I thought that perhaps there ware not so many issues active and thus no need to update. After actually checking it out I found out I was wrong, hence my question.

Hi mfb :)
Is there any chance of a tagged D6 release soon? 1.10 is 2 years old now, however the dev branch has had several significant plugin updates :)
