When files have national characters like ěščřžýáíé included in file name the import doesn't work. Images do apear in import menu, but the filename shown is wrong (national characters are just skipped) and when you select the file and try to import it it fails with the "An illegal choice has been detected. Please contact the site administrator." error message.

I tested this under 6.x-1.10 as well as 5.x-1.5 versions with same result.

Hello, I don't want to be rude, but is there some activity in this section? I think this is rather serious problem for any non english speaking country.

If someone know which function manage filename please let me know.
