Avoid really slow query by requiring argument for views

By default the forum_replies view takes an optional node id argument. If you don't provide one you end up with a really slow query. Simple enough to just require a default. The only reason I suggest it is if you add your own display handler and copy the defaults, it makes your db very sad.
