MSSql has support for query xml auto. Would like to provide support that allows forena to use the for xml auto syntax in the xml engine.

I committed the new FrxMSSQL provider, but this needs testing. I'm having trouble getting the test environment set up on my mac to talk to MSSQL Express version. ;).

This has been in use now for several months without issue. Note that setting up mssql php support on linux servers is not a trivial issue.
