I get this error message when I try to enable voting action, can anyone help?

user warning: Table '*********.actions' doesn't exist query: SELECT DISTINCT type FROM actions in /home/bluecar/public_html/ouradverts/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 120.

Have you installed the actions module?
