Has anyone used Cloud hosting or specifically these guys?

It seems great. Customer support was good, starting price is low and apparently Cloud hosting is great as scaling if you get a sudden surge of visitors. My only reservation is why arn't more people using this? I hanv't heard much about Cloud, is it too good to be true?

Im looking for cheap hosting for a site with low traffic. However its an ecommerce site and I want decent response times for SEO and user experience. Im in the UK so ideally so would my hosting.
